Herbs that offset symptoms of depression and anxiety
It will not shock you to know that I am not a fan of pharmaceutical drugs used to combat depression and anxiety. I have seen first hand the side effects these have on someone. In fact, I am convinced that it is typically the side effects that will make someone believe the drugs are working because their focus pulls from their original symptoms of depression and anxiety, to the side effect symptoms of the drug…like dizziness, loss or weight gain, and/or lethargy.
Numbing the symptoms of depression and anxiety does not address them. They need to be addressed. This can be done through Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Meditation, and listening to affirmations. (More on this subject at a later time.)
